Here’s what’s happening this Fall at NL Aquatics…

Fall Triathlon Clinic

Nervous about open water swimming? Want to become a more efficient and faster swimmer?  Fear not, NL Aquatics is offering triathlon swim clinics October through January in Voorhees, NJ.  If you’re interested in signing up for small group instruction to offset your anxieties, assess stroke mechanics, and teach you all the necessary skills to navigate the open water and the pool, you’ve come to the right place.
Each 60 minute session with focus on 30 minutes of stroke technique and then 30 minutes of swim training. Drop ins are welcome, but you are encouraged to sign up for all 10 sessions since we will build off of prior clinic days.

After each session, the participant will receive an in-depth recap of the lesson and drills/tips to incorporate in his/her workout. Whether you take one lesson or multiple lessons, we know that you will walk away swimming more confidently and efficiently in all bodies of water!

Price: Only $175 for 10 sessions.  Drop-ins will be available for $20, space permitting.  Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!!

Things to remember:

  • Clinics are 60 minutes in length
  • Please arrive to the pool at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the clinic.
  • Bring your caps, goggles, and fins to the clinic.
