Our Story
In 2012, 3 men with different backgrounds, saw the need in the community for a comprehensive aquatic facility with innovative programs. Meanwhile, the South Jersey Aquatic Club (SJAC), had outgrown its training facility and was spread out amongst 6 different pools. So when these 3 men were approached about revitalizing the pool at the old Coliseum in Voorhees, NJ, they saw it as a golden opportunity. In the months that followed, they collaborated with USA Swimming to further develop a program and facility that could successfully fulfill all of the aquatic needs of the Tri-County area.
Our Vision
To develop a comprehensive swimming facility with innovative programs that allow individuals of all ages, families, and athletes to participate in swimming and all physical fitness activities with confidence and skill.
Our Mission
To create a recreational and competitive swimming program that promotes fun, focus, and fitness both inside and out. This objective will be attained by:
- Providing education that will lead to a positive lifestyle.
- Providing specialized instruction and innovative training strategies.
- Providing and maintaining creative, cutting edge facilities.
