Water aerobics classes for pregnant women help reduce pain in the back and legs, strengthen muscles due to the resistance of water without putting stress on joints and ligaments, as well as completely relax, reduce stress and improve your mood to the sounds of classical music. This is a meditative practice that allows you to alleviate the pregnancy symptoms, as well as feel weightlessness without harm to the child. Water aerobics classes help saturate the body with oxygen, improve blood circulation, reduce swelling, and reduce the risk of varicose veins. During the class, we also learn to control breathing, which can be useful during childbirth. Water aerobics classes for pregnant women are conducted in a group format, which promotes social interaction with other pregnant women, exchange of experience and support.
