NL Aquatic Center is proud to partner with the Wounded Warrior Project to provide specialized corrective exercise and training for our veterans.  A combination of group classes, personal training, and individualized corrective exercises are designed to meet each individuals needs. Come out on Sunday July 10th to help us launch this important program. Our special 45 minute Aqua Cardio Circuit class kicks off at 12:00pm and features challenging, but low impact exercises which target strength training, core stability, and cardiovascular exercise.
