Take Your Swimming to the Next Level!

STROKE & TURN – Mondays and Tuesdays

MONDAYS – Free/Back

TUESDAYS – Fly/Breast

Trouble shoot and fine tune your stroke/turn technique. Improve on the time it takes to get in and out of the wall. Taking technique, timing, and power into consideration, learn how all come together to create synergy that results in a race pace that allows for a strong finish. Come prepared for resistance training with cords and chutes, regular use of the endless pool for drag reduction, and stations that allow application of the day’s lesson with opportunity to RACE.

STARTS & UNDERWATERS – Thursdays

Improve your start and develop the skills for efficient and effective underwater dolphin kicks. Weekly measured results and regularly practiced drills and skills will be tested by distance, time, and resistance. This small group will rotate through weekly test sets to prove the effects of start/underwater drills and skills put into routine. With personalized attention and individualized feedback this small group is aimed to achieve personal goals set apart by the “5th stroke.”
